Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide all customers with a 72 hours expected delivery. Delays may occur depending on international customs & weekend ordering.

Certain products are made to order, therefore their expected delivery will vary based on supplier lead times. Buy to order products will be labelled in their product description.

Other on-hand products such as certain metal work, will have a day to process to ensure product's are shipped in a pristine condition. You can track all orders within My Account.

Due to DHL’s Shipping Policy, if a shipment exceeds 120cm in length or 70kg in weight, they will charge the sender without exception. If a product is bought and exceeds either of these variables, we will source an alternatives carrier to avoid charges. Our other carriers of choice are: TNT or UPS. 

In certain instances, an obsolete product will be shipped to a customer. If obsolete, the product may have been moved around or stayed put in one location for a long period of time. Their external aesthetic may look worse for wear, however, should not bear any resemblance of the actual function of the product. If this is not the case and the product is in a state of non-acceptance, please follow the returns procedure by referring to our full Terms & Conditions.
